1. What is paintless dent repair?
paintless dent repair is a process of removing minor dings or dents while maintaining the integrity of the factory or custom paint finish. PDR allows expert technicians to massage the metal back to its original condition.
2. How does the paintless dent repair process work?
Using innovative tools and the latest technology, expert technicians are able to reach behind the damaged panel and apply Gentle pressure massaging the damaged area back to its original State.
3. What types of damage can be repaired using the PDR process?
The Size, Depth, and location of the damaged area are basic factors that determine whether or not the damaged area(s) can be repaired with the PDR process. Smooth, shallow dings or dents along with creases that rang in diameter from dime-sized to basketball-sized can be repaired using PDR. Dents in plastic bumpers that have no holes, tears, or paint damage and are still fully affixed to the vehicle can also be repaired.
4. Will the paintless dent repair process harm my paint?
The paint will not be damaged, cracked, or scratched during the process of PDR. However, in some cases there is already damage done to the paint surface prior to repair that may lead to cracking depending on the condidtion of the dent. A technician will be able to identify the outcome of a certain dent upon appraisal.
5. Will holes be drilled into my vehicle?
In some cases holes my have to be drilled in order to properly repair the dent. Depending on the make or model of your vehicle, this process may not be necessary.
6. How long does the PDR process take?
The size and depth of each dent along with the number of dents needing repair will determine the amount of time your vehicle will be needed. Upon appraisal, a PDR technician will be able to estimate the time it will take to repair your vehicle.
7. How much does dent repair cost?
The cost per dent depends on the location and the size of the dent. On average the cost per dent can range anywhere from $75.00 to $100.00.

Currently Hotrod PDR does not accept credit cards. Local Checks and Cash are acceptable methods of payment.

1. Does Hotrod PDR offer on site repair services?
Hotrod PDR does not offer on site repair. Currently all services are performed at the service shop located at 8609 I St, Omaha, NE.
2. Is a Shuttle Service available?
Hotrod PDR does not offer a shuttle service. However, if you have a problem with transportation, please ask a technician for assistance making transportation arrangements.
